Hi everybody !
This is my project dedicated for the Danone Challenge - How manager will communicate and collaborate in 2020 ?
Two keys words and key success factors : to establish new PROXIMITY and new CONNECTION whithin the workplace in 2012 based on the new digital media. Everybody knows that in 2020 the world and more precisely workplaces will be even more over-connected.
The stakes for futur managers are to create and to restore direct communication and new collaboration to brake with the human relationship deconnexion and to make the employees more empowered in the company.
