At a meeting in Paris in November 2008, the REN21 Steering Committee discussed a number of ways to foster the development of renewable energy around the world. We took the opportunity to ask several members about their views on renewable energy policy, and if given one policy wish to be implemented tomorrow, which one would they choose.
