I used the European style clear plastic ladder sticks to keep the flat rod holding straps off the hair for this fantastic looking windup. The ladders are used to do designer wraps where only the ends of each hair strand are permed and the ladders support the windup with the rods stacked away from the head. The "stack" windup can be a very exotic looking permwrap on the right girl.
