As I sit here all alone,
I wonder what would be?
If I made a different choice,
if you were here with me.

When I see you face,
my heart begins to sing,
and when you walk away,
I feel it start to sting.

I wish I could understand,
why I feel the way I do,
when I see you walking past,
my heart just breaks anew.

I constantly feel low,
until I see your smile,
but when you have to leave,
I fall a thousand miles.

I know we both have partners,
and it's not really fair,
yet I can't help the way I feel,
when I see you standing there.

I want to run away,
and spend my days with you,
the moment that we met,
was the moment that I knew.

With you I want to stay,
until the end of time,
and maybe, just maybe,
one day you will be mine!
