Hello Folks!
I hope you’re all well. Today, I’m showing you how I usually make mashed potato :) Such a simple thing…but it’s absolutely delicious! Everyone makes this differently, So this is how I make mine. I don’t always add cheese or parsley, but it does help to liven it up a wee bit :)

What I used - (serves 3/4 depending on portion size)


* 900g (2lbs) Potatoes - I used Maris Piper
* 4 cloves of garlic
* 150g (5 oz) Grated parmesan cheese
* 1/2 Tablespoon of dried parsley (use fresh of you prefer)
* A knob of butter (around 30g/1oz)
* A splash of milk or cream (around 100ml/3.5oz)
* Salt & Pepper to taste
