Paolo Tavarelli: Career Overview

Paolo Tavarelli is a dedicated business professional who has created a unique career path for himself in his more than 20 years of experience. Paolo has always been interested in a career that does not follow the standard 9 to 5 schedule. He has never been one to seek out jobs in fields with such strict schedules, such as doctors or lawyers. Instead, Paolo Tavarelli takes jobs that offer him creative fulfilment that challenges himself during his regular workday. These points led him to pursue entrepreneurship and have offered him valuable skills that he now uses regularly.

Paolo began working as a Lieutenant for the Ministry of Defense in Italy. Here, Paolo Tavarelli gained leadership skills through his daily tasks and responsibilities. He then went on to work in fitness as an instructor. Paolo had developed a love of sports and fitness at a young age when he began learning various martial arts. These skills helped him become a Selfe Defence and Fitness Head of Instructors as well as take on other roles later within security and fitness.

When Paolo was a child, he learned Judo, Taekwondo, Karate, Kung Fu, boxing, and other forms of martial arts. Paolo Tavarelli quickly became passionate about these sports and began competing in various tournaments. In 1988, Paolo became the winner of Italian IKKA kickboxing championship. This title qualified Paolo to compete in the European championships in the following year, which he ended up winning. Unfortunately, injury stopped Paolo from continuing with competing, but he has since been able to use these skills to work and maintain a passion for fitness.

Paolo then decided to attend university he graduated from the Institute of Data & Marketing with a Business Marketing degree. There, Paolo Tavarelli gained knowledge of the business and marketing industries. Since completing his degree, Paolo has held numerous roles at various companies, including an Online Marketing Agent, Marketing Manager, and Managing Director. Paolo was later able to pursue his interest in entrepreneurship and became a Co-Founder and Chairman of SKS365 Group GmbH in Vienna from 2009 to 2016. He now works as the Chairman of FederBet AISBL in Brussels.
