Pabbi Forest Park

This park is situated on the GT Road, just before Thapla Bridge, while moving from Sarai Alamgir to Kharian. It is part of Pabbi Forest, which spreads over an area of 38,000 acres. Nevertheless, this park covers an area of more than 25 acre (excluding the jogging track / trail).

It is being developed by myself (Muhammad Shoaib Nissoana, Assistant Commissioner, Sarai Alamgir) by raising funds / donations from the people of Sarai Alamgir and Kharian. We have raised Rs. 1.5 million out of which 1.4 have been spent so far.
Main attractions are;
1. Pabbi Hills View Point.
2. Lake View Point.
3. Adventurous Bridge.
4. Green Spot with Live BBQ Points.
5. Sunset View Park / Joyland for the kids.
6. Walking and Jogging Track / Trail of 1 km. It leads to a Old Bani Bangla Rest House, a Lake and an Old railway station.
7. Touring Lodge for the Officers.

It would be completed and inaugurated before 14th of August 2015.
