Over-occupancy Harassment Documentation 10-16-13

This video shows five children being escorted to school in the morning by the sister of the residents of apt 2F. It does not show the remaining child who is below school age. It is designed to illustrate the total occupancy of the apartment which is nine. At no point do I say anything to instigate the insulting behavior which is also shown. It is unclear why video is also being taken of me.
