Outposts Corporate Apprentice Training

Outposts Apprentice Induction Programme is designed specifically for new apprentices, giving them the chance to bond as a team while learning valuable leadership, communication and problem-solving skills in an outdoor environment removed from the classroom and workplace. Outdoor activities include caving, climbing and coasteering.

The apprentices will not merely get to know their fellow recruits. The tasks they complete on the Outposts Apprentice Induction Programme develop their ability to work as part of a successful team. They will also receive an introduction into leadership.
