OTB Flashback - Topoff 4 (2007)

Alex Ansary investigates the notorious Topoff 4 exercise in Portland, Oregon. You can see Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler at 10:22 and he later looks at me sharply. He was not mayor at that time. Nor sure his position. He may have been groomed for his mayor role in Portland. At 13:52 then Governor of Oregon said in the drill he was going to "fall into a trap." They told the public it was about terrorist prevention. In reality, Norad was doing WW3 exercises right as China and Russia was doing their own SCO war game exercises. This guided me to the suspicion that the world powers were planning ww3. Later from googling online looking for people that had visions of ww3, I found Leon the man that shared his vision of the possible future war events in America.
