What are the online mlm secrets that I use to build my network marketing organization?

While there aren't really any "secrets" that I could point out, there are specific guidelines that I go by and also a few extras that help me do well within my company.

1) Program - The program you get involved with must be run by people with integrity and be worthy of your time and efforts.
2) Training with a Mentor - You MUST have training for the 21st century. If you are still trying to close on people to get into your organization, you are doing it wrong! You also need a coach, someone that can give you feedback and critique your work .
3) Marketing/Recruiting System - Most people do not want to sell, nor do they know how to. Developing systems that do the recruiting for you is very important.
4) Work ethic - better be prepared to work if you want to succeed
5) Commitment - Of all of the online mlm secrets out there, this one is the biggest. You must be committed to your own success. No one else can do it for you!

Anyone can succeed if they are serious about obtaining their goal to build a large mlm organization online, but rather than looking for online mlm secrets to pave the way just put your nose to the grindstone and start working on becoming a servant to others.
