In spring of 1999 company named One Percent Realty Ltd. was established and became operational. Role of an intermediary or a middle man was recognized and accepted widely for presenting properties and negotiation to make a sale; after the extensive Market Research studies had been conducted, with the high commission rates suggested for “middle men”. This is a fact that initially Remax franchise office approved the one percent real estate brokerage; but soon the approval was withdrawn and hence One Percent Realty Ltd. was incorporated.
This is an open secret that most of the real estate agents after listing your home for sale consider half of their job done. This is the reason most of their time is spent in soliciting business. On the other part seller assumes that the REALTOR® job is started actually after listing the property for sale. Here we distinguish with others as we spend less time looking for the business and more time doing the actual stuff that is doing effort to sell your property.
