had ever recorded. By night, she claims to walk through time itself—wandering the living city of
Abydos, speaking with its people, and standing beside Pharaoh Seti I, her eternal companion.
Tourists arrive, drawn not only to the grandeur of Seti’s temple but to the mysterious woman
who seems to belong to another age. She greets them with quiet dignity, her presence as
haunting as the ruins themselves.
In her humble hut, she prays in the rituals of the ancients. Around the temple, she circles in
devotion. And beside it, she builds her own tomb—awaiting the day she will join the pharaoh
she loved across centuries.
