Here's the deal, I think it's the best skin care item, I have ever purchased! And it' a high praise coming from a beauty products addict like me. After using it, you will wonder how you lived without it. It leaves skin so smooth and clean and the moisturizer gets absorbed by skin so much better after cleaning.

It's not too harsh for my Norman to dry skin. I use it once a day before bed, on my face and neck, twice a day would dry my skin too much. Why only 4 stars? Well, I think it deserves all 10 , considering how it improved my skin in a short period of time.

I read a lot of reviews and it seems to be a common issue. I'm afraid it might stop working altogether, like a lot of reviewers complained... But I'm addicted now and will probably buy a new one, although might be too much, if you have to buy a new one every other month.
