Office Copier Deconstruction - Stop motion

This is the video that started it all! I had just received two very large industrial copy machines that I had no true artistic vision for. Instead, I ended up creating this stop motion video of me deconstructing one of the machines frame, by frame, by frame, by frame. Thousands of frames. It was shown as part of an arts school time based project. Using only a regular canon 5d, hand held infrared remote, and tripod i later pieced together the stop motion frames in acrobat plus. The parts I was left with fueled my imagination and gave me a new artistic vision, only this time, sculptural. Thus the Bot Shop got its start. Enjoy!
