Despite being foreigners, this country and its people have embraced us as their own. Thus, amidst all the protests, inadequate media coverage and uncertainty, we choose not to sit idle; we wish to reciprocate by being a bridge of compassion and understanding between the people of Turkey and the rest of the world.
