What is better than a scoop of ice cream in hot weather


Ingredients

Nutella : 1 cup
Condensed milk : 3/4 cup
Heavy cream or fresh cream : 2 cup
Milk :1/2 cup
Coco powder : 2 tsp


Directions​

Mix 2tbsp milk with coco powder
Put semi frozen cream in a large bowl and beat till stiff peaks form
Add condensed milk and beat again
Add Nutella and beat till mix well
Add milk and beat
Then add paste of coco powder and milk , & mix well
Keep in freezer for 2 hours
Take out from freezer and beat .
Put it back in freezer and keep it for 2 - 4 hours
Take out from freezer and beat again
Keep in freezer till completely set.
Enjoy ice cream with your favorite toppings

نٹیلا : ۱ کپ
کنڈینسڈ ملک :۳/۴ کپ
فریش کریم :۲ کپ
دودھ : ۱/۲ کپ
کوکو پاؤڈر : ۲ چائے کے چمچ

طریقہ
۲ کھانے کے چمچ دودھ میں کوکو پاؤڈر کو حل کر لیں
ٹھنڈی کریم کو بڑے پیالے میں نکال کر گاڑھا ہونے تک پھینٹیں
کنڈینسڈ ملک شامل کر کے مزید پھینٹیں
نٹیلا شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کریں
بچا ہوا دودھ شامل کر کے بیٹ کریں
کوکو پاؤڈر والا پیسٹ شامل کر کے بیٹ کریں
ائرٹائٹ باکس میں ڈال کر ۲ گھنٹے کے لیئے فریزر میں رکھ دیں
۲ گھنٹے بعد نکال کر بیٹ کریں
دوبارہ ۲سے ۴ گھنٹے کے لئے فریزر میں رکھ دیں
۲-۴ گھنٹے بعد نکال کر دوبارہ بیٹ کریں
فریزر میں جمنے کےلیے رکھ دیں
