Et voila, après mes exams, voilà enfin ma seconde vidéo pour partager mon intérêt pour le nun cha ku autodidacte. Le premier cours se trouve ici :

Pour remercier de votre patience j'ai quelques petits bonus à la fin, moi m'échauffant en attendant la fin d'un loading sur ma bécane ;)
Je m'amuse avec un, puis deux, et enfin avec un nun cha ku lesté de plus d'un kilo
