No Cbeyond Seattle Scam

WE HAVE NOT BEEN DOWN ONCE!!!! We feel very confident that Cbeyond will always be up and keep our service running. The proof is in the pudding so far in 2 years we have not been down once as a result of anything in Cbeyond's control. Knock on wood.

MY SALES REP DID EVERYTHING HE PROMISED!! Francis (my sales rep) did everything he promised and then some. The install team was more than accommodating and helpful for someone like me that does not have a lot of computer/tech experience. So far the support has been outstanding.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! Although I'm new in this position, the couple of times that I have had to call, everyone has been ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! What wonderful customer service you provide
