Nextflex Thermal Profile

Nextflex tubular heaters provide optimized heat transfer over conventional flexible heaters. Nextflex D-shape heaters are proven to be faster and more efficient than our previous generation flexible heater in a side by side test. Test data demonstrates that Nextflex heaters transfer more heat to your tool. In addition, the data shows that the Nextflex heater is very close to the tool temperature when our previous flexible heater shows a differential of more than 100Cº.
