Navratan Korma

Navratan Korma is a mild sweet curry made with vegetables, fruits, nuts and cottage cheese.

Ingredients :-

Carrot - 1/2 bowl
Cauliflower - 1/2 bowl
French Beans - 1/2 bowl
Green Peas - 1/2 bowl
Paneer/Cottage cheese - 1/2 bowl
Apple - 1/2 bowl
Pineapple - 1/2 bowl
Grapes - 1/2 bowl
Cashewnuts - 1/2 bowl
Onion Paste - 1 bowl (roughly chop onion & blend it to paste)
Cashewnut Paste - 1 bowl (soak approx 20-25 cashew nuts for 10 mins in warm water and then blend to paste)
Fresh Cream/Malai - 1 bowl
Green Chilli - 1 slit
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste
Sugar - 2 tsp (or as per taste)
Water - 1 bowl
