Thank you all so much I am so thankful and looking forward to getting to know all of you so much because we are all creative professionals are we not?

We are authors, speakers or people continually coming up with a really good output. Who has a consistent process for that output?

Whether you're writing blogs, whether you are tweeting, shooting videos, the Law of Process says that leadership development happens daily not in a day.

As leaders I've found it to be so important to have a Proven Process I know has this happen to anybody else I want to describe a little challenge I faced all my life.

I feel like with some humility God has given me some grace to overcome. It's simple, it's fun and it's a process they can work for you. Now what's the first thing that those of us who are analytical and creative that happens when we create?

If you're like me there's a little "Inner Critic" on your shoulder. Have you ever heard him before? He says things like "they won't listen to you" or "you didn't reference that properly". I've learned to show you a way to silence that inner critic. I'm also going to show you a way…

Well here's the second thing that happens before I tell you that… So many of us are highly creative and we're also highly logical. Instead of working together the two sides of our brain, like pedaling a bicycle, are at an impasse. They are on the brake. Or it's like the Hatfields & McCoys in your head. Or it's like the Civil War or Washington gridlock. You're trying to be creative but either we're too creative and not logical enough or so logical that there's no fun or flow in it anymore.

So I want to teach you the answer and it's really simple you only have to do three things. You have to Connect, Collaborate and Create…
