Nashy Lamen - Untrusted, Unveiled

As I waver into the night sleep,
I can't help but think,
As I wander and blink,
As I wander so deep...

I thought of mistakes,
some I would regret,
And some that I did not
intentionally forget...

But this I thought of,
It was stumped in my head,
Was it all my fault?
All the pain he has shed? ..

Guilt trapped my mind,
As I choked out my pride,
With a sorry so soft,
I run back to hide...

Then silence broke,
And darkness prevailed,
Alone there I was,
Untrusted, unveiled...

I forged my own words,
so faux and so fake,
I tried to be careful,
with what drama I'd make..

I might make things worse,
if I blemish or slip,
With this burden I hold,
I blunder, I trip..

No options left here,
but to face it with fear,
Untrusted, Unveiled,
no statement was clear...

I tried to comprehend,
But it was no use,
Untrusted, unveiled,
No sense left to muse..
