Use this U.K based application on a regular basis and you won't stop. Nothing compares to it. Which tool is it? TweetDeck. It's awesome. I also like iTweet.net, but unfortunately it doesn't have the momentum that TweetDeck has so it doesn't keep up with changes to Twitter and improvements like TweetDeck. And when it comes to managing accounts, I just don't see any competitor.
