鬼天厦 Mystery Writers

1984年5月28日晚，进鑫大厦4楼疑因电线短路引发火灾，闷烧后的浓烟直窜天花板形成烟囱效应，整层4楼因消防通道受阻，住户被困火场，有人于睡梦中窒息昏迷，更有人难耐高温跳楼，共造成19人丧生，震惊社会。此后进鑫大厦灵异传闻不断，但因租金低廉仍吸引众多初入社会的年轻人冒险入住。具有通灵体质的佩芝搬进大厦，与在此寻找灵感的恐怖小说作家邵军联手调查楼内多起无法解释的恐怖事件，试图揭开当年火灾惨案真相。传闻佩芝母亲正是20年前火灾的纵火者，致使其他19名住户葬身火海，酿成无法弥补的业障。火灾后进鑫大厦闹鬼的恶名不胫而走，接连发生的坠楼与凶杀案令其沦为全台湾第一凶宅。心怀愧疚的佩芝重返大厦，试图凭一己之力超度亡魂，却不知不觉陷入致命危机.

The plot is based on a real-life case involving the most notorious haunted house in Taiwan. This building, located in the heart of Taipei, was the site of more than 20 murders over a period of 30 years, making its property prices significantly lower than other buildings in the area. The most infamous incident was a fire in the 1980s that trapped over 300 people and ultimately claimed 19 lives.
