My Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage

My own twist on Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage. Ingredients include: cabbage, ground veal, pork, and beef - about 2 pounds total, 2 cuts of cooked rice, one large onion, diced, 3-8 cloves of garlic (it's up to you), 1-2 eggs (optional), thyme - fresh is best of course, one large red sweet bell pepper - diced, one bag of saurkraut, 2 cans of diced tomatoes - I like the fire-roasted diced tomatoes that Hunts makes, salt. I like my food spicy so pick a nice hot pepper or two and add if you like.
