This is an easy and simple recipe for mutton lovers. This is very yummy and spicy recipe.

Ingredients

For chops masala

Mutton chops (single line cut)
Degi mirch - 10 - 12
Dalchini - 2 inch
Javantri - 1 flower
Dhanya - 1 tbsp
Zeera - 1 tsp
Elachi - 2 nos
laung (clove) - 5-6 nos
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp

For marination

Curd - 250 gms
chops masala
oil for frying
