Mugdha Khedkar - Someone

People often tell me,
They wish they have someone,
Who does anything to see them happy,
But unfortunately, they have none.

Someone who laughs at their jokes,
Even if they aren't funny,
Someone who can gift them peace,
Which cannot be bought by money.

Someone who is polite with them,
But quarrels at the same time,
Someone they can confide in,
Someone who can help them shine.

Someone who can help them out,
When they are totally confused,
Someone when asked for anything,
Will never ever refuse.

Someone who claps for them,
Even if they don't win,
They wonder, with such a person,
How their life would have been.

When I sit back and ask myself-
In my life, who is that person?
In no time comes the answer,
Its my sister- better than everyone.
