Mugdha Khedkar - A Journey
0 Views • Jun 16, 2014
Description
I experience them for days, months and weeks.
Crests come with a smile on my face,
They stay but go with a rapid pace.
Eyes full of tears and troughs are here,
Painful they are even if loved ones are near.
It is strange the way life unfolds,
It is mostly the troughs I behold.
Crests follow troughs but troughs matter more,
They take no time to become my life's core.
Troughs, long or short, have a lot to teach,
To this level of teaching, even crests can't reach.
It is a trough which gives rise to a crest,
I then feel my life is the best.
This peculiar journey seems to have no end,
My heart just says, “This is life, my friend.”
