The Mr. Video Productions ident from 2004. Taken from my high school marching band competition (If you want me to upload it, just comment me).

Mr. Video Productions is a giant video production company based in Lincoln, Nebraska that specializes in mostly cheerleading and marching band competitions. They own about 2000 titles in their library from what I've heard. Go here if you want to see the titles, nothing special.
