Description
On the camping ground in Khao Yai national park was this naughty monkey wandering around. I started the cam when he came close to me, but apparently he didn't like to be filmed. He attacked me.
The visitors on these Khao Yai camping grounds think the monkeys are cute and they feed the animals. Therefore, some troops of monkeys have settled around the campsites and make a great attraction for the visitors. Though, they cause problems by ripping open tents and stealing food.
The staff of Khao Yai national park don't let the the visitors know they are breaking the rules when feeding the monkeys. So, the problem will get worse. Let's hope they don't have to shoot the monkeys in the future like they had to do in some African national parks. Hopefully, future visitors will be wise enough not to hand out food to the animals.
