Mobility Aids Roadshow: Testing out the kit on show

I went to this show to see the various aids and wheelchairs available to me and ended up having a great time. I was ultimately looking for a power wheelchair that folds and can be airworthy.

I tested a Segway based chair but at £6,000 was well out of the budget. Unusually, it was easy to use and really good fun.

Finally, discovered an affordable solution - at about £2,400 it would be ideal. If only I had the money to buy it.
