Mobile Concrete Plant MOB-30

MOBKING-30 is a powerful concrete batching plant for the construction industry. With its unique technical features and 30 M³ / ready-mixed concrete capacity, it is the perfect partner for small and medium-sized projects. The pan type mixer is designed with an inlet volume of 750 litres and a fresh concrete capacity of 0.5 M³, thus ensuring high quality concrete production. The 22 KW engine power supports the mixer’s impressive performance.

The aggregate hopper of the MOBKING-30 comes with a total volume of 20 M³ and contains 4 hopper compartments of 5 M³ each. This structure can be optionally replaced with 2 or 3 bins, thus providing flexibility to suit the storage needs of the users. The weighing conveyor belt of the product has dimensions 700*4.800 mm and is equipped with a motor power of 7.5 KW. The transmixer conveyor belt has dimensions of 700*12,500 mm and is powered by an 11 KW motor. The optional cement silo, with a capacity of 50 tonnes, appeals to customers who want to store large amounts of cement, while the cement auger is designed with Ø168*5.500 mm dimensions and 4 KW motor power. The product is also equipped with additional features such as a compressor with a capacity of 200 l/min, a water pump with a capacity of 40 M³/h and an additive pump with a capacity of 5 M³/h. MOBKING-30 is a batching plant designed to optimise the concrete production process with its excellent performance, powerful engines and large storage capacity.
