170 grams unsalted butter\r
170 grams fine Sugar/ or caster Sugar\r
2 large eggs\r
2 large egg yolks\r
1 tablespoon lemon juice\r
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence\r
180 grams plain flour/ or all purpose flour\r
1 teaspoon baking powder\r
1/4 tteaspoon salt\r
35 grams milk\r

Baking temperature: 180°C\r
Baking time: 20 minutes\r
Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of your oven.\r
