MineCraft Tutorials: Hidden Water Elevator

MineCraft Tutorial #6 [Water Elevator 2: Electric Boogaloo]

I said if someone requested this Id make a tutorial, so here it is. It is a different type of elevator than my previous tutorial, but they both do the same thing. The main difference between this one and my automatic design is that this one is controlled by you. They both go pretty much the same speed.

You will need:
- A 2x2 mineshaft/hole with a 1x1 hole in the correct corner.
- 1 Bucket of Water
- 1 (or many) Boats
- 2 Ladders
Optional:
- Half step flooring with Sunken Section.

A quick warning though: The boat is a pain in the ass to reset, sometimes when you walk off it funny it goes diagonal and doesn't work properly, so then you have to break the boat and reset it. I went through about 10 boats recording this because I forgot the method I taught myself to do it almost every time. But if you are careful when entering/exiting the boat, you'll be fine.
