Midnights Voice - More on Unicorns

Part I
Doth the unicorns
Leap forth across the universe
Or just in our imagination

Doth the malachite hooves
Spark on the mercurial seas of Neptune
Or behind the eyes of our pretensions

And fly on feathered wings
Or just in our fancy

Part II
For in my mind
The unicorns stand
In a nervous sort of way

Longing to be gone
Only off to be away
Away...away free from care
On feathered wing into the air

Quickly, look or they
Will be gone
Leaving only the Sparks
And a sad sad song
