Midnights Voice - The Change

The change
has come...gone...

Leaving one nickle;
three pennies...

And one song
stuck in my head.

The party is over, the ice cream's
turned to cream.

The confetti has
blown out of town.

Said she was gone...

And all the stars have
huddled around the moon...

Shivering in the cold
of a January...

Night, nite, nite
and goodbye.
