Permanent magnet/magnetic stirrers are mainly applied in aluminum alloy and secondary aluminum industry. In general, permanent magnetic stirrer adopts high performance magnetic steel, and therefore exhibits outstanding performance and strong stirring strength. Lifting system is designed on the bottom of permanent magnetic stirrer. The major advantage of permanent magnetic stirrer is that the device consumes low power owing to its small volume and the speed of it is adjustable, namely low speed, middle speed, and high speed. The machine is highly automated and can be remotely controlled with simple operation as well. What’s more, permanent magnetic stirrers have excellent churning effect of molten aluminum, with stirring depth between 100~700mm.
