Why is it that
I feel the way I do?
Why is it that
I don’t believe you?

People tell me
To leave you behind.
People tell me
All the time.

Why is it that
I have to feel this way?
Why is it that
I am to blame?

I tell myself
This is for the best.
I tell myself
That I can live through the rest.

Why is it that
Your words are nothing but lies?
Why is it that
You couldn’t tell me what lied inside?

There’s no more us.
There’s no more friend.
There’s no more sisters
'Til the end.
