Michael Moorcroft - Archaeology
4 Views • Nov 10, 2014
Description
To find in the sand,
A long forgotten crypt,
Buried in the ancient land.
My finds would be on display,
Unlike eighty five percent,
Of the artefacts hidden away,
From public sight today.
I wish to search the jungle,
And find all of the lost cities,
Of the once glorious Maya,
Even though they have crumbled.
My finds would rival Tikkal,
A city built without mortar,
A knife could not invade,
In between a brick.
Lemuria?
Atlantis?
The monuments of Mu?
(Easter Island to me and you) .
I think I’ll be an archaeologist.
