Mi gomak

Mi gomak is a typical Toba Batak and Mandailing Batak dish originating from the North Sumatra region. This dish is a typical dish from the area around Lake Toba, from Porsea, Balige, Laguboti, Tarutung, to South Tapanuli. Gomak noodles can also be found in various areas in North Sumatra, from Medan, Siantar, Parapat, Labuhan Batu, Sibolga, to Deli Serdang. But Mi Gomak is already famous in various provinces and several Indonesian people from different provinces like this typical Batak (Toba and Mandailing) dish.
