Mental atmosphere.

We move in and out of different environments every day. The office we work in, the company we represent, or even the place we live all have their own atmosphere. This atmosphere can give us an impression of what we can or cannot do. Being able to read these different atmospheres and environments is important for our success. Not fully understanding the different atmospheres and environments we go through every day can harm us mentally. That's why it is important that we prepare ourselves every day for the type of environment we may go into. We can do this by praying, meditating, reading something, or listening to something that inspires us and builds us up to face the day.
