Pamela Giustizia is a business professional with expertise in the energy industry. She enjoys learning and growing in her professional career and taking on new things. She is based in Florida and currently works at Thielsch Engineering, where she has 22 years of experience. She has recently begun to focus more on renewable energy in her role.

Before beginning a career in energy, Pamela attended the University of Alaska, Fairbanks where she successfully completed a degree in business administration. From there, Pamela decided to pursue her career in another state and traveled across the country to Texas where she began her career in energy. She started as an Office Coordinator before working her way up to her current position as the Director of Development and Operations. Aside from her work with Thielsch Engineering, Pamela also works with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) on various projects.

Throughout her career, Pamela Giustizia has gained expertise in various areas such as sales, marketing, and business development. She has a deep understanding of the challenges of renewable integration in today’s energy market. Pamela helps power corporations transition to their green energy goals while maintaining safe and reliable power distribution. In her current role she has been responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of professionals to complete projects yielding over $1.5 million in annual revenues.

As a direct result of her proven expertise and professionalism, Pamela has been selected as an expert speaker for respected industry conferences and published in numerous industry
Magazines. She has authored and published papers for ASME on both Boiler Reliability and High Energy Piping. In her work with ASME, she has been an Expert Panelist where she provided technology and market insights, identified market needs, and provided guidance on new or enhanced ASME products and services.

Outside of her career in energy, Pamela decided to start her own business venture in the beauty industry. She opened her own medical spa in Florida called MediSpa. She successfully ran all business operations and coordinated all compliance and regulatory requirements from 2016 to 2020. As a result of the impact of COVID-19 on business operations, Pamela made the decision to close her business.
