Meet Jonathan Mase

Jonathan Mase is an experienced healthcare professional who currently works in Monroe, New Jersey.

Jonathan Mase began his educational journey studying at SUNY Rockland, where he earned an AS in Science and Mathematics and AAS in Emergency Medical Services. Shortly after that, Mase found himself at Excelsior College of Albany, New York, where he received his ASN/ADN in Nursing. Jonathan later received his BA in Political Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey, his MS in Teaching from Saint Thomas Aquinas College, and his MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix.

Throughout his expansive career, Mase has held various titles, working predominantly in the Northeast area. He has served as a substitute teacher, medic, consultant, home health aide, field care nurse, and manager. Having worked in numerous capacities, Jonathan Mase has developed an unparalleled skillset.

As a CEO and COO, Jonathan Mase has successfully managed revenue cycles and expenditure budgets for nonprofit organizations. He has also been responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing comprehensive SOP/SOG policy manuals to meet the operational, clinical, and regulatory needs. As a Director of Operations and Business Development for a medical center, Mase successfully directed QA/QI/PI, HR, PR, regulatory compliance, and staffing/scheduling for a sizable hospital division. Simultaneously Mase expertly prepared and managed unit budgets for the private, for-profit facility, emphasizing cost-effectiveness analysis.

For nearly seven years, Jonathan Mase provided various consulting services, with a focus on marketing solutions. During this time, Mase managed digital marketing efforts for the organization and individuals. He is skilled in social media marketing, online reputation management, as well as search engine optimization.

Most recently, Jonathan Mase returned to the healthcare industry, working in various residential settings as a CHHA and DSP. He has provided home healthcare services for senior clients in private-home settings. As a Field Care Nurse and Nurse Care Manager, Mase has performed patient assessments, implemented action plans, and provided patient and family education. He has also been responsible for supervising RNs, LPNs, and CHHAs in the home care setting.
