Meet Hercules Pappas

Hercules Pappas is a legal powerhouse with a wide array of experience in the field. This experience includes civil litigation, prosecution, defense, and more.

He began his career after earning his BA in Political Science & Economics from East Stroudsburg University in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1997. His success here propelled him into his successful career in law. In his more than 20 years in the industry, Hercules has successfully owned and operated numerous private firms and has maintained a successful track record in court. He is a court-approved mediator for civil and family court. He has been admitted into the bar association for the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the State of New York.

His first role in law was as a Law Clerk and Associate Attorney, where he learned how to execute all elements of a trial. Soon after completing his JD degree and working as an associate for a short time, he established the law practice of Pappas and Richardson with good friend Jay Richardson. They formed a strong team and built an extensive portfolio of clients over the next decade.

In 2009, Hercules began working as the municipal prosecutor with the Waterford Township. During his time in this role, Hercules was responsible for the handling of all prosecutorial duties as necessary for the municipal court. While working as the municipal prosecutor, Hercules was also a co-owner and operator of Hercules & Wolf, another private law firm based in Haddon Heights, NJ. This firm focused on business litigation, criminal defense, education law, employment law, family law, and military law.

His most recent venture is the Hercules Law Group, founded in 2012. Based out of Haddonfield, NJ, this legal firm practices law, including civil litigation, criminal defense, and business law. Hercules Pappas manages this solo practice, which generates significant annual revenues and consistently achieves successful verdicts, favorable resolutions, and weighty civil judgments for clients. Daily, Hercules manages over 100 files and manages employees and operations of the law firm.
