Meet Edgars Cinins

Leadership and strong management skills don’t magically appear, they take years to develop, adjust, and hone. It takes perseverance and dedication to wield these skills effectively which Edgars Cinins has proven he can do throughout the course of his nearly 20-year career. Regardless of which country in which he’s living and working, Mr. Cinins continues to prove he has what it takes to effectively lead businesses and the teams within them to increasing productivity and success.

As with most successful leaders, Edgars Cinins started at the bottom and worked his way diligently to the top of his field. Instead of narrowing his opportunities, Edgars decided to gain expertise in a variety of fields. As a result, he spent the formative years of his career in the finance and law industries soaking up as much knowledge and experience as possible. During this time he worked in both Latvia and Switzerland, showing he not only had what it took to thrive in his home country, but in multiple with the capacity to quickly learn new languages and how to navigate new cities.

Working in Europe allowed Mr. Cinins to start his career, but he truly began thriving when he moved to the United States. With a brief stint in New York City he settled in Delray Beach, Florida where he works as Managing Partner for Neck Systems. The company provides open-source solutions that give businesses the ability to improve their daily operations as well as their security. Mr. Cinins ensures the daily operations run flawlessly and the teams within the company are operating at peak performance levels.

When he isn’t working at Neck Systems, Edgars is still very much involved in the business industry as he is a member of the board for various companies. In his spare time, Mr. Cinins enjoys spending time outside listening to live music or simply enjoying the warm weather. He also makes time to explore the surrounding areas to experience all that Florida has to offer. His faith also plays an important role in his life and has consistently provided him with a meaningful way to become more engaged with his community.
