MAYARO: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Taxi drivers and residents voiced frustration at the site of a road block along the Manzanilla Mayaro stretch early Monday morning.


Commuters were stuck in traffic for hours, as concrete pillars were used to prevent clear passage.

Drivers say despite the Works Minister visiting the site and promising to start work almost two weeks ago, the contractors’ equipment moved out of the area soon afterwards and their situation remains the same.
