The end of the year is near and it's time to remember old resolutions with sadness or
make new ones. One of the most common resolutions on the list of men is to build muscle. To be honest you do not really need muscle often these days because very few of us are employed in jobs which require muscle building. Nonetheless you cannot ignore the fact that men with muscles do look good and it's a bonus if you know how to increase your height too. Some women may deny it but most will admit that they find muscular men more attractive.

The first step in learning how to build muscle is to start eating healthy. Say goodbye to all your junk and comfort foods that you clinged on to make you feel better. Calculate your daily caloric intake and boost it. Eat protein rich food and supplements if you need them. Keep a close eye on your diet if you wish to build muscle.
You will also need to drink plenty of water and eat regularly to boost muscle building. Once your diet is in place then comes the hard work which is exercising. Avoid going for the kill right away if you do not work out regularly. You will need to ease your body into the training schedule which is required to build muscle mass. Always remember to begin by warming up. Do not work out for hours right away, begin by working out harder but for shorter intervals. Ensure you set aside time to catch your breath and recover after every repetition.

Some might say go for cardio however cardio is more effective at burning fat which in turn will also affect your muscle building. Restrict the amount of time you dedicate to cardio exercises. There are a number of exercises specially designed to build muscle in each part of your body. Concentrate on each part and cycle between each set of exercise. Also ensure you get enough rest to help your body recuperate. Building muscle is not rocket science and anybody can do it if you have strong will power and are willing to go the distance. So pick up those weights and get to work on building the body you have always wanted.
