Matcha Strawberry Tiramisu

This is a video of how to make Matcha strawberry tiramisu without eggs.
It's really easy to make.

Ingredients:
8 ounces heavy cream
8 ounces mascarpone cheese
8 ounces strawberries
1 cup sugar (1/3 cup for the strawberries)
1.5 tbs matcha green tea powder
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs kirsch (optional)
20 pc of ladyfingers
water ( 1/4 cup for the strawberries, 2/3 cup for the matcha)
