The clickety-click as the tips hit concrete
Can't help but turn heads as I walk down the street
As rush-hour Napoleons bring their hearts on a platter
Their gazes impaled on my mile-hi stiletto

Keep your sensible loafers and marabou mules
Mary-Janes with pink bows make you look like a fool
Give me slick leather pair that was made for stuff-struttin'
Hey, they don't call those 'kick-ass' shoes for nothing
